Reservation Process
Before proceeding with your reservation, it's essential that you read our General Terms and Conditions. This will help you avoid surprises and enjoy the experience with complete peace of mind. It won't take more than a minute!
How to book your activity
To reserve any of our activities and secure your spot, a €15 deposit per participant is required. We recommend booking at least 15 days in advance to secure your spot. The remaining amount must be paid 24 hours before the activity or upon signing the contract.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation with less than 10 days' notice
Penalty of €10 per reservation.
Cancellation within 24 hours or lack of attendance
The total reservation amount will be charged.
General Conditions of Contract
Flexibility in the face of external conditions
Activities are subject to weather and environmental conditions. Therefore, they may be modified or canceled before or during the event if the guide or company manager deems it necessary for the safety of participants.
Changes in activity
If an activity must be modified or canceled for reasons beyond the company's control, such as bad weather or access difficulties, no refund will be issued. If the activity is canceled for reasons related to the company, the company will make the appropriate decisions regarding refunds or postponements.
Material and Requirements
Material included
All necessary equipment for the activity is included in the price. If you prefer to use your own equipment, it must be in perfect condition, approved, and within its expiration dates. For more technical activities, you may be asked to bring your own equipment.
Level test
For more demanding or difficult activities, Sallent Aventura reserves the right to conduct a level test prior to the activity, the cost of which will be covered by the participant. This test is required to ensure that all participants meet the technical and physical requirements.
Safety Standards
Compliance with the guide's decisions
To ensure your safety and that of your group, it is essential to follow all of the guide's instructions and safety instructions. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of the activity, with no refund.
Physical conditions and limitations
If you have any physical limitations, illnesses, or are undergoing medication, you must notify us before the activity. Otherwise, the company's insurance will not cover any accidents.
Participation of minors
Minors must be accompanied by an adult during the activity. However, those over 16 may participate alone, provided they present formal authorization from their parent or legal guardian.
