Integral Núria Ravine

The Núria Ravine is the quintessential descent in all of Catalonia. It is located within the Ter and Freser headwaters natural park, under the slopes of the Núria Valley.

It's a long, aquatic, and very sporty descent, with incredible access trekking. It's divided into three very different sections. We offer the option of descending all three sections or the last two. Whichever you choose, you won't be disappointed.

Nuria Integral

High Level Ravine

Location: Queralbs- Núria Valley - Girona

Duration: 4-5 hours

Season: Spring/ Summer/ Autumn

The full descent of the Núria is only suitable for experienced participants with good physical condition, due to its size and difficulty. We will descend a very narrow and sporty first section, with rappelling, jumps up to 12 meters, slides, and launches.

The second section is more open and sunny, and we'll perform various jumps of up to 12 meters, several rappelling descents, and slides.

The third and final section offers interesting passages through a large Chaos of blocks, several jumps and rappelling descents.

Lower Núria Ravine

The lower Núria descent is more open and offers many options, allowing you to make the descent with less commitment and effort.

It's an incredible, medium-level descent, super fun and refreshing, with several slides, jumps up to 12 meters high, and beautiful rappels from start to finish. A true wonder of the Catalan Pyrenees.

Nuria Inferior

Level: Medium

Minimum age: 12 years

Location: Queralbs - Vall de Núria, Ripollès - Girona

Duration: 3 hours

Season: Summer/Autumn
